Returns & Cancellations — Med Pro Supply
Because we sell professional medical equipment — including large imaging systems, dental equipment, and clinical-grade furniture — our return and cancellation policy reflects the nature of these purchases rather than standard retail terms.
New equipment: New equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition and original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the manufacturer and product category. Equipment that has been installed, used, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned.
Refurbished equipment: All refurbished equipment sales are final unless the unit arrives with a material defect or damage not disclosed at the time of sale. We document the condition of every refurbished unit before shipping. If you receive a unit that materially differs from its listed condition, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it — including repair, partial credit, or replacement where available.
Order cancellations: Orders cancelled after a purchase agreement has been signed but before equipment ships may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value, depending on costs already incurred (sourcing, preparation, logistics coordination). Orders for equipment already in transit cannot be cancelled.
