Terms of Service — Med Pro Supply

By using medprosupply.us and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of sales: Med Pro Supply sells professional medical and clinical equipment to qualified buyers including healthcare practices, clinics, hospitals, and licensed professionals. We reserve the right to verify buyer qualifications for regulated equipment categories and to decline orders at our discretion.

Pricing and quotes: Prices listed on the site are starting prices or estimates where noted. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote. All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are in US dollars.

Purchase agreements: For equipment over $5,000, a signed purchase agreement is required before the order is processed. Payment terms will be specified in the agreement.

Equipment condition: We accurately describe the condition of all equipment listed on our site (New, Certified Refurbished, Used-Functional, etc.). Refurbished equipment listings include documentation of testing and servicing performed. We do not misrepresent equipment condition.

Limitation of liability: Med Pro Supply's liability is limited to the purchase price of the equipment. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from equipment use or delivery delays.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
