Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery — Med Pro Supply

Domestic shipping (US): We ship to all 50 US states. Smaller equipment (dental scanners, spa tables, utility carts) ships via standard freight or parcel carrier. Large equipment (CT scanners, MRI systems, dental chair systems) ships via specialized medical equipment freight and requires coordinated delivery scheduling. We will contact you before shipment to confirm delivery logistics.

Delivery timelines: In-stock items typically ship within 5–10 business days of purchase confirmation. Large imaging equipment and items requiring preparation or crating may take 2–4 weeks. Custom-configured or special-order items may have longer lead times — these will be stated clearly at the time of quote.

Delivery and installation: For large imaging equipment, delivery includes coordination with your facility for rigging and placement. Installation and applications training are available and will be confirmed as part of your quote. For furniture and smaller equipment, delivery is to the shipping address; inside delivery and installation are available on request.

Freight damage: Inspect all deliveries before signing. If visible freight damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it before accepting. Notify us at support@medprosupply.us within 24 hours of delivery. We will file the freight claim on your behalf.

International shipping: We do not currently ship outside the United States.
